Locked-In Power Without Cam Complexity
Oxygen's defining trait is how decisively it settles once you're moving.
The sail's pull stays close and balanced around the rider, creating a balanced stance and a connected feel as speed builds. Power delivery is smooth and progressive, allowing the sail to accelerate quickly and then stay planted, rather than constantly shifting.
This character is reinforced by multiple tubed battens across the sail. Typically found in more performance-oriented designs, they deliver forward-focused drive and strong stability as wind strength increases, helping Oxygen maintain a clean, efficient profile at speed.

Speed You Can Use Across a Wide Wind Range
Oxygen is designed to deliver early, efficient drive and strong control when the wind rises.
The sail has solid low-end grunt, allowing it to accelerate easily and settle into a stable cruising profile without requiring aggressive pumping or perfect trim. That low-end efficiency makes Oxygen a true freeride machine, getting you planing early and building speed smoothly as conditions develop.
But Oxygen thrives when sailed powered up. Its naturally wide wind range is extended by two clew eyelets that allow clear, effective tuning changes. Using the upper eyelet adds depth and drive for lighter conditions, while the lower eyelet flattens the profile and opens the leech progressively, helping maintain comfort and control as wind strength builds.
A key contributor to this stability is the cross batten, which links the boom directly into the batten frame. Working together with the leech extension and inset clew, it helps keep the sail's pull stable and settled at speed.
Across its full range, Oxygen remains composed and efficient, encouraging long, fast reaches rather than short bursts followed by backing off.
Built for Frequent Sailing
Freeride sails see a lot of water time, and Oxygen is built with that reality in mind.
For 2026, durability is buffed with new 5 mil foot panels and reinforced construction throughout. A Kevlar-reinforced laminate clew panel extends from the clew up to the batten above the boom, strengthening one of the most consistently stressed areas of the sail and extending service life both on the water and in the sailbag.
Oxygen is available in two construction variants. The standard version combines a 4.0 mil X-Ply central window with 4.0 mil bi-ply upper panels for a balanced mix of performance and durability. The HD version uses a 4.0 mil X-Ply window and 2 mil quad-axial upper panels for added resilience in demanding conditions or frequent use.
Dual-layer Dacron head panels improve roll-up ease and long-term durability across both constructions.

Aspect ratios have increased and boom lengths shortened across the range, reducing swing weight and improving maneuverability, especially in larger sizes. Luff curves have been re-scheduled and batten angles re-oriented, lowering the sail’s center of effort and improving overall balance when sailed powered.
The foot profile is slightly lower, adding cleaner drive and better control as speed builds. Construction updates include new 5 mil foot panels and a Kevlar-reinforced clew panel extending to the batten above the boom, improving durability in high-load areas.

Oxygen pairs naturally with freeride and freerace boards.
Its balanced power delivery and wide wind range make it an excellent match for boards designed for early planing and efficient speed across flat water and light chop. The sail’s stable center of effort supports a relaxed stance and consistent acceleration, which works especially well on medium- to wide-outline freeride shapes.
For bump & jump or wave-oriented boards, Windscape or Purelip are more appropriate choices, as they are tuned for more dynamic sailing and rougher water states.
