Blade mast pocket construction: equalized loading between the mast panel (interior) and the pocket. The result is tensioned, firm mast pockets that rotate with an ease that must be experienced to be believed and durability.

RDM and SDM mast compatibility. Blade FRs are equipped with both rdm and sdm Tekcams. With one design both mast types are available.

The Loft presented the first rdm 520 and 550 masts in 2009. Rdm masts are efficient! A slender leading edge is fast!
RDM masts = superior reliability! Cam pressure without mast wall deformation.
RDM masts = easy, complete cam rotation.

Blade FRs 2010 are available (all sizes) in Pentex- the upper body panels cut from light, durable, and UV resistant Pentex fiber.

  • Stepped x-ply application (Tri-ax Kevlar foot panel, tri-ax 5mil lower panels, 4mil bi-ax upper panels and mast pocket sides, 5mil bi-ax mast panel)
  • Molded thermo-foam mast/board pad with line pocket, uphaul port and roll-up strap
  • Soft molded pvc foot edge. Micro-molded pvc foot 2ply and cross-batten protectors
  • Sensitip head batten system
  • Internal Kevlar strip applications that define shape profile and maintain shape stability - vertical and horizontal (at cams) orientation - See illustration
