The Loft O2 Freeride 6.6: “Heart-throb” of Planchemag 2010 Freeride tests.

“Minimum effort, maximum efficiency… HEART-THROB”

Very similar to last years design, the O2 keeps a serious construction with a large proportion of X-ply.  The luff length is shorter by 10cm, and so becomes compatible with a 430 mast.

One of the easiest for mid-weight riders for it s easy, slim character, softness and control.
This design becomes locked into its ride like automatic pilotage… very comfortable feeling, you get relaxed reaching the top speed of the group.

The O2 is the "no effort" sail par excellence.

…we feel the sail breathe into the gust and then accelerate, without lifting the board or scaring the pilot. Above all, it is very easy to exploited in hard conditions as choppy water or strong gusts. “
