All windsurfing sails have a certain look, limited only by fantasy.
Some sail brands go far to develop a look that they feel is interesting. The risk in this approach is that as their vision is applied the sail becomes heavier (and more expensive); weight that will be carried by the rider. Integrity may also at risk with applied graphics designs, as arguably unnecessary panels and stitching are added, sometimes at critical locations.

Kevlar and Xply laminate exteriors, lightweight interiors, integrated panel overlaps extending into the sail body from the corners... functional asthetics.
