-LIP WAVE KEVLAR FOOT PANELS
Both the foot and lower boom panels on all Lip Wave sails are cut from ultra-durable Kevlar-reinforced tri-axial xply material for 2006.

-ROLL-UP SYSTEM
A new integrated system at the tack with an elastic cord and buttins (both sides) to easily keep the 06 sails rolled.

-TACK FINISHING & ASSEMBLY
A durable vinyl extenion has been added between the mast pocket and the board deck, providing protection for the rider from the mastfoot/u-joint.
Loftsails 06 are equipped with a stainless steel 3-roller integrated tack pulley, rigging handle, downhaul rope pouch with Velcro-closure and batten tensioner key- all mounted inside the tack finishing/mast protector which can be easily opened for full tack acsess.

-HEAD PROTECTOR
The mast pocket top is protected with a new pvc molded cover with protected stitching and the Loft logo for 06.

-BATTEN END PROTECTOR
This small high-quality molded anti-wear item is fixed at each batten end for 06.

-THREAD GUARD
Our new soft & light thread guard protects the upper foot 3ply seam from wear.

-TACK BATTEN POCKET
Lip and O2 sails 06 have the tack batten pocket cut from Durasleeve material which is abrasion-resisitant.

-TACK LOGO AND SOFT PVC FOOT EDGE
The tack area is protected by our new pvc tack logo and our foot edge guard protects the sail and rider from contact.
