The Loft Products
The Loft's top priority is windsurfing performance. The Loft's philosophy is to maximize wind range while minimizing the number of sail lines presented to the market... function over fashion, efficient simplicity.

The Loft Evolution ...

Windsurfing is performance sailing’s cutting edge; sailing’s most efficient form. Design quality is wind range expansion; optimized performance anywhere, all conditions.

Sails that effectively imitate natural living wings result in wind range expansion.
Nature’s wings have soft and stable profiles with light, flexible tips and easily adapt to flight conditions.

The Loft develops designs with this natural spirit; designs inspired by, designed for, and confirmed in- wind on the water. Loft sails breathe, you can feel it!

The 2006 Lip and O2 sail ranges are firmly based on The Loft’s successful 2005 designs and many significant improvements have been realized.

All 2006 Loftsails are constructed with reduced monofilm content; greater application of Xply/laminate materials.
Lip Wave- 100% laminate construction
Lip Freewave- 77% laminate construction
O2 Freeride- 67 laminate construction
O2 Freerace- 52% laminate construction

Both the Lip and the O2 enjoy refinement of the SensiTip head batten system. The SensiTip produces an improved head planform* with slightly softer twist at the tip.

All 2006 Loftsails remain, like their predecessors, especially trim reactive.
All Loftsails include our simple and effective adjustable outhaul system that simply and effectively expands your wind range.

* "There are certain planforms, notably so-called elliptical planforms, which produce less induced drag than the other planforms."
