Martin Grohman was born in 1979 and started Windsurfing at the age of 9 at Lake Garda in Italy. He never stopped training since. When he first saw Josh Stone doing an Air jibe right in front of him he knew Freestyle was the Deal. Martin joined the Loft Team in 2003 and besides studying Medicine he tries to spend as much time on the Water as possible working on new moves. Martin uses the Lip Freewave Concept as his favorite sail: "The Lip is the perfect sail for the new Freestyle maneuvers. It feels light and just flies through any kind of rotation without ever letting you loose control. I was also amazed by the sail's durability in rough Wave conditions and Monty's love for detail. The Loft Rocks!!!
