The Loft Teamrider Martin Grohmann and his Friend and Photographer Daniel Hofer have been to Sardinia the last 2 weeks and found great Freestyle and Wavesailing conditions on the island. The Trip took them all around the island following the wind to have the most perfect conditions every day. Martin: " The Trip started with unusual wind from the Nort East in Porto Pollo: Soon the wind turned to the familiar Western Direction So we went away from the crowds to Porto Liscia where we found the best sideshore freestyle conditions for SW-W directions... there were only 3 guys in the water for the rest of the day! The next day we went to a wavespot in the north which works good with west winds, the place is called Cala Pischinas or little Hookipa dangerous rocky spot. Experts Only! After this great start we went riding some waves in Capo Mannu, then made it to Chia for the rest of the week, with waves and light winds from south west. Thanks to Stefano Pavcovich we found the best spot each day. The last Place we went surfing was right infront of Alghero: Isola della Maddalena where you can find realy long rides. Sardinia has far more to offer than just Porto Pollo!"
