Materials
Mast pocket: Polyant 5oz from boomhole to tack, Teijin 4oz dacron from boomhole to head.
Mast panel: D/P 5 mil narrow grid Xply.
Foot panel: Dimension/Polyant 5mil narrow grid Xply.
Boom panel: 125 monofilm.
Leech panels: 125 monofilm with scrim adhesiv dacron2 & 3 plys.
Upper body panels: 125 monofilm.
Head panels: 125 monofilm with dacron 2plys & scrim dacron 3plys and 175 monofilm 4 ply between top batten and Sensitip.
Hardware
Head: Fixed top all sizes with vinyl protector. Heavy doubled 2.0cm ribbed webbing, molded 2pc top cap & two wear rivits.
Clew: Two 1.3cmID stainless eyelets.
Tack: 1.8cmID stainless eyelet, hook compatible.
Battens: Bottom: Pultruded 8mm polyester rods with specific ground double taper forward.

Body: Carbon tubes with pultruded 8mm polyester rods with specific ground double taper forward.

Sensitip (top): 6mm pultruded non-tapered polyester rod headbatten, autotensioning with downhaul built into head/headpatch.

Microbattens:
Upper: 4mm pultruded non-tapered polyester rod.
Lower: 2.5mm pultruded non-tapered polyester rod.
Cams:  



Batten tensioners:


Three cams at lowest three battens.   Cams with horizontal rollers and vertical stabilizers.

All other battens: stainless bolt in molded "rocket" with Spectra loop, tensioning driver placed in the sailbag.

Build Highlights

Seam protection from mast inside of mast pocket.

Two mast pocket materials used to build the mast pocket:  durable Polayant from the upper cam down to the tack (maintaining iintegrity at the cams) and light and stable dacron up to the head. 

Wear rivits on all batten ends and mast pocket top.

Webbing covers are sewn inside the mast pocket ver the batten pocket forward end finishings (non-cammed battens) to protect abrasion between the batten (forward) end and the mast.

50cm X 8mm thick closed cell foam mast/board protector built into mast pocket bottom, velcro opening right side.

Vinyl rienforced mast pocket top cover. 

Neoprene bottom batten rear end cover with velcro closure and vinyl abrasion patch.

All monofilm seams rienforced with glued on scrim dacron.

Oversized soft vinyl finishing sewn onto the foot edge.

Cams include two horizontal rollers and vertical stabilizers.
