Foot panel:Dimension/Polyant 5mil narrow grid Xply.
Boom panels: D/P 5 mil narrow grid Xply X2, 175 monofilm, forming dual radial clew 2-plys.
Leech panels:D/P 6mil narrow grid kevlar/dacron/Xply with a Teijin dacron 3ply rear, D/P 5mil narrow grid Xply interior.
Upper body panels: 175 monofilm.
Head panels: D/P 6 mil narrow grid kevlar/dac Xply with 175 mono 2ply under a Teijin dacron 3ply rear, D/P 5mil narrow grid Xply.
Foot:Dimension/Polyant 5mil narrow grid Xply and Teijin dacron 2ply & 3ply & large vinyl edge finishing.
Hardware
Head: Vario all sizes: Heavy doubled 2.0cm ribbed webbing, stainless welded buckle, molded 2pc top cap & two wear rivits.
Clew: 1.3cmID stainless eyelet.
Tack:1.8cmID stainless eyelet, hook compatible.
Battens: Pultruded 8mm polyester rods with specific ground double taper forward.
5.5 and larger with stiffer square section at boom batten.
Sensitip: 6mm pultruded non-tapered polyester rod headbatten, autotensioning with downhaul design.

Microbattens:
Upper: 4mm pultruded non-tapered polyester rod.
Lower: 2.5mm pultruded non-tapered polyester rod.
Batten tensioners:

Screw type with Spectra loops and batten end stiffening patch at each batten end.

Build Highlights
Sewn onto the inside of the mast pocket is a seam cover protecting the forward seam from abrasion from the mast.

Reinforcement patches sewn into the mast pocket at batten pocket intersections, lower 3 battens.

Inside the mast pocket on the bottom battens. webbing covers are sewn over the batten pocket forward end finishings to protect abrasion between the forward batten ends and the mast.

Wear rivits on batten ends and the mast pocket top.

50cm X 11mm thick closed cell foam mast/board protector built into mast pocket bottom, velcro opening right side.

Padded tack eyelet cover with separate velcro opening rightside.

-Vinyl rienforced mast pocket top cover.

All monofilm seams rienforced with glued on scrim dacron.

Neoprene rear batten (bottom) end cover with velcro closure and vinyl abrasion patch.

Dacron scrim reinforcement arc entirely glued and sewn onto the tack protecting the Lip from the board's nose.

Oversized soft vinyl finishing sewn onto the foot edge.

Tack patch seams covered with scrim dacron tack patch cover on both sides.
