Build Highlights
Sewn onto the inside of the mast pocket is a seam cover
protecting the forward seam from abrasion from the mast.
Reinforcement patches sewn into the mast pocket at batten pocket
intersections, lower 3 battens.
Inside the mast pocket on the bottom battens. webbing
covers are sewn over the batten pocket forward end finishings to
protect abrasion between the forward batten ends and the
mast.
Wear rivits on batten ends and the mast pocket top.
50cm X 11mm thick closed cell foam mast/board protector built
into mast pocket bottom, velcro opening right side.
Padded tack eyelet cover with separate velcro opening
rightside.
-Vinyl rienforced mast pocket top cover.
All monofilm seams rienforced with glued on scrim
dacron.
Neoprene rear batten (bottom) end cover with velcro closure and vinyl
abrasion patch.
Dacron scrim reinforcement arc entirely glued and sewn onto the
tack protecting the Lip from the board's nose.
Oversized soft vinyl finishing sewn onto
the foot
edge.
Tack patch seams covered with scrim dacron tack patch
cover on both sides.
